We commonly think that nuns from enclosed orders have a boring and unhappy life. This is because the world has very little understanding of the spiritual forces.
A few years ago, I visited the enclosed female branch of the Servidoras. It was a moving experience to speak through the grid. Most of them were very young and their faces displayed a wide joy from inside. The time flew very fast and it was interesting to talk to them. They were very nice and kind. However, their charisma is to pray and do penance for the souls of everybody. Their apostolate is important for the Church, the mystical body of Christ. I think that even if it is difficult to understand, these nuns are the happiest Woman in the world.
